Hello!
Today’s project is a card that could be used for a variety of occasions, I’d love to hear your suggestions….
So that I could fit the letters in I had to use a bigger card base than normal. This is a 7 x 5 inch card, so I used 10 x 7 inch card folded in half.
I cut a piece of Berry Burst card to measure 6 and 3/4 inches by 4 and 3/4 inches and stamped the large wine glass from the Half Full stamp set in Berry Burst ink all over it.
I also used the line of glasses stamp from the same stamp repeatedly on Whisper White card using Stazon ink. I then used my Watercolor pencils and Blender pen to colour in the ‘wine’ in each glass. I used Rich Razzleberry, Real Red and Daffodil Delight pencils.
I then used my Large Letter dies to cut out the CHEERS from my stamped card. I also cut 2 extra sets of letters from Berry Burst card and glued 3 of each letter together for some extra height and strength.
Each letter was then added to the card using adhesive foam strips
When it was finished I thought it needed a little bit of sparkle so I added Wink Of Stella to the glasses I’d coloured with Daffodil Delight.
I added a sentiment to the bottom corner of the card but I took my photographs before that so as not to spoil any surprises!
