Hello.
I was so inspired my the projects that I shared with you on Thursday as part of The Project Share Project that I grabbed my Beautiful Blizzard stamp set and created this…
I picked up this ceramic Christmas decoration in a craft store that sent me a voucher on my birthday. I’ve never going to give up on a freebie so I picked up a few bits and bobs that I thought I could make look better with Stampin’ Up! products, lol.
I made sure my stamps from Beautiful Blizzard were well inked and left them on the bauble for a bit longer than I would if stamping onto paper or card, to let them ink absorb. I used Blueberry Bushel on the sentiment and Balmy Blue on the snowflakes.
Once I was sure it was dry I turned it over and stamped the other side with the same colours.
Again, after making sure it was dry I thought it could do with some sparkle and Frost White Shimmer Paint was just the job. I already had some that I had diluted with surgical spirits in a Spritzer so I used that to cover both sides. I absolutely love the subtle glitz this has added, it’s almost like it’s frosted over for real!
I think this might be another addition to my Christmas Fairs this year.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this project. I’ve listed all of the Stampin’ Up! products used below. If you’ve like to purchase any then click on one of the images to visit my online Stampin’ Up! shop. I’d be honoured to be your independent demonstrator.
Before you shop, remember to check out my Host Code page.
Happy crafting,
