I was delighted to be asked to create a framed piece of home decor as part of the celebrations for a lovely couple’s 50th Wedding Anniversary. Actually, I was asked to create two but here’s the first one I wanted to share with you….
Jimmy and Julia celebrated 50 years together as husband and wife just a few days ago and I believe they both loved this gift from their son.
The background to this Scrabble creation is a sheet of the glorious Springtime Foils speciality designer series paper. It comes in 12″ x 12″ sheets with 4 designs and you get 3 of each of them – for free!

As stunning as this background paper is, I decided to add in some die cuts in Gold Foil Paper (well it is for a Golden wedding after all!) using the Flourish Thinlets.
