Hello everyone.
I love to receive happy mail of any kind at all, but especially just because. So I thought I’d make a card that I can send someone for the same reason. I decided to use yellows as they are so cheerful…
Wouldn’t this brighten your day if it arrived in the mail?
I used the Lovely You bundle to create this card. I stamped the background with Mango Melody, Daffodil Delight, Bumblebee and Granny Apple Green inks onto Basic White card and cut this down to 3 strips that measure 7.5 x 3.5 cm each. I added them to a piece of Daffodil Delight card measuring 12.5 x 8.5 cm tied this with Daffodil Delight ruched ribbon, then added this to my card base. The base is Mango Melody card measuring 21 x 14.5 cm, scored and folded on the long side at 10.5 cm.
The sentiment is also from Lovely You and I used Mango Melody ink on a piece of Basic White that is 7/8ths of an inch wide. I cut a piece of Mango Melody card to be 1 inch wide and cut one end of each piece with the Lovely Labels Pick A Punch, layered them together, trimmed to fit and added them to my card with Stampin’ Dimensionals…
Finally I added 3 of the gems from the Holiday Rhinestones pack.
