Rainbow of Modern Hearts for our key workers

Hello.

Here in the UK, lots of people are drawing rainbows and adding them to their windows so that kids (of all ages) can spot them when they’re out for their daily exercise. We are also doing a Clap for Carers on a Thursday evening to show our support for all of our key workers that are working hard to keep the lights on, the shelves filled, the transport running for those that need it, our bins emptied, our streets and homes safe, our loved ones cared for, our prescriptions filled, as well as our amazing National Health Service employees.

So here’s my little card that would be perfect to send to one of these awesome people to let them know how much we care for them too, which incorporates that rainbow theme…

I’ve used the Modern Heart stamp set and my Stamparatus to align the hearts that I stamped with Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Pacific Point and Gorgeous Gape ink. The sentiment comes from the same stamp set and I used Poppy Parade ink.

This particular card is going to a GP practice, who would you send it to? I’d love you to leave me a comment to let me know.

At this strange time of social distancing and isolation these people are continuing to do their vital work for us. The least we can do is to stay at home to protect them and to save lives.

And when we are at home, why not make a card and then send that card? These little gestures can make a big difference to those feeling lonely #makeacardsendacard

Please keep safe and well and always carry on crafting,

Heather x
